Information on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information, including product pricing and availability, may be changed or updated without notice. 3B Diesel and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if 3B Diesel believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of 3B Diesel and its subsidiaries.



  • Privacy Policy

  • At 3B Diesel LLC we respect your privacy. Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties or reused without your permission. Any information you give to us will be held with care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.



  • Shipping & Delivery

  • Please call or e-mail if you have any questions regarding shipping charges on a specific product. Customers that refuse shipments will not be shipped to again and will still be charged for shipping twice (coming and going). Prices do not include shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice. We cannot deliver to APO, FPO or PO Boxes via UPS or FEDEX. If you must ship to one of these addresses, it can only be done via USPS and no tracking information will be available. 3B Diesel LLC is not responsible for any packages lost or damage while being sent via USPS.

    Overnight/Rush shipping does not begin at the time that the order is placed, it's the shipping method used after the order has been processed.  The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    If an order is placed with overnight, 2 day or 3 day shipping options and ground shipping will deliver the product there on the same or before the delivery date as the selected option, then 3B Diesel will ship the merchandise standard ground.  The price difference for the selected option vs ground will not be refunded to the purchaser



  • Sales Tax

  • 3B Diesel charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.



  • Warranties

  • Any warranty claims must be placed with the manufacturer. All of the products sold by 3B Diesel LLC., regardless of the manufacturer, are designed for Racing and Performance applications. Many of our manufacturers offer NO WARRANTY on their products, either stated or implied, due to the unusual stresses placed on the parts and because we have no control over how they are installed and used. Many of these products are designed for off-road use only and are not legal for use on public highways. If you have a question about the warranty on a specific product, please e-mail or call us. Buyer assumes all risk and liability associated with these products.

    Core Charge Policy:

    Some of our items have a refundable core charge. This includes items such as injection pumps, injectors, turbochargers, etc.

    To receive full core credit, the core must be received within 90 days of the original purchase, be the same model and part number as what was purchased, and must be in rebuildable condition.



  • Return Policy

  • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). 3B Diesel reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.  We cannot accept returns on parts that have been used or installed. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. All returns must be unopened in original packaging. Prior authorization must be given before any return can be made. Up to a 25% restocking fee may apply to all returned orders. Special orders may be subject to manufacturer restocking fees as well. Shipping costs will not be refunded. In addition, when returning an item for a refund, the original shipping cost incurred by 3B Diesel LLC. will be deducted from the refund issued. ALL returns require a Return Merchandise Authorizatioin Number with the returned merchandise. Returns for refund will not be accepted for any of the following: Chips/Tuners, SCT products, Liquid Products,  ANY Exhaust, Clutches,  any custom-order or made-to-order items, non-defective items that have been used or installed on a vehicle, and any electrical item sold by 3B Diesel LLC .
